Refund policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start an exchange, you can contact us at charandcofootwear@outlook.com. Once your exchange is approved, your item will need to be sent to the following address: 26 BAIR STREET, LEONGATHA VICTORIA 3953. Only will approved exchanges will be accepted.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. And you will be charged a return fee to have your items sent back to you.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to make contact about returning the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds 

We only offer refunds for items that are deemed faulty.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, including incorrect size selection.

If you require a different size or different style, we are happy to offer an exchange, subject to availability. If your requested size is not in stock, we will make every effort to order it in for you.

If we are unable to source the requested size, a store credit will be issued.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If the item is confirmed as faulty and a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 2 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the transaction.
